Michael is a licensed and MAI designated appraiser specializing in commercial appraisal and consulting in and around Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Espanola. Growing up in northern New Mexico, Michael has a deep connection to the area and has been appraising properties here since 2003. Before embarking on his appraisal career, Michael gained valuable experience working in Intel’s finance department, where he focused on property development and capital budgeting. His extensive background in both finance and appraisal provides a unique perspective and expertise in evaluating commercial properties

Tim is a licensed and MAI designated appraiser focusing on appraising conservation and rural land assignments. commercial appraisal and consulting in and around Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Espanola. Tim began his career in real estate as a residential appraiser in 1998. In 2003, Tim joined a national land conversation group, The Conservation Fund.  He developed partnerships with local, state and federal partners to protect national wildlife refuges, state wild lands, open space and Civil War battlefields through fee-purchase, cash and donated conservation easements. .

Suzanna Denison is a licensed appraiser who specializes in rural, conservation, and agricultural property appraisal. Suzanna has a rich background in agriculture, having grown up on a vegetable farm, and is an advocate for farm and ranch land access, transfer, and conservation. Off the farm, Suzanna directed Farm Link programs, worked for the Farms for the Next Generation initiative at the American Farmland Trust, and is the President of the Northern New Mexico Young Farmers’ Alliance. Suzanna is a certified land access coordinator through the American Farmland Trust and a certified succession coordinator through the International Farm Transition Network.
